PLOTS D1 & D2
St William submitted proposals for Blocks D1 and D2 to the Council’s planning department in July 2021 (LBHF planning ref. no. 2021/02533/RES). These two buildings will provide a total of 128 affordable homes, with commercial spaces being provided on the ground floor. The blocks will be delivered using an innovative modular construction approach, which reduces the length of time required on-site compared to traditional construction methods.

The CGI Pack and D1 / D2 Elevation Drawings provide an indicative look of how these buildings will appear when complete, with the D1 / D2 General Arrangement Drawings indicating the internal layout design of Plots D1 and D2.
